RETURNS & DELIVERY
All orders will be shipped and processed within 3-5 working days. Please order cakes and baked treats in advance these will take priority on shipping to ensure freshness on delivery. All allergies/personalisation must be emailed at time of order including order number to regalnaturaltreats@gmail.com
All returns must be sent back in the same condition they was sent in, if I am led to believe the treats/item has been damaged after delivery no refund will be given.No refunds will be given for treats not liked by your pet. All refunds will be issued once item has been returned. This is customers responsibility to pay for postage. If you are unsatisfied with your order please email us and we can be sure to work something out.
NO refund will be issued for personalised items once purchased.
